Abstract
The aim of the research presented in this paper was to empirically identify organizational and psychosocial factors influencing the occurrence of hate in organizations. The study employed the individual in-depth interview (IDI) method, semi-structured with a standardized list of required information. The original interview questionnaire contained a total of nine open-ended questions, which participants answered during individual meetings with the researcher. The results demonstrate the diverse organizational and psychosocial factors that contribute to the development of hate within organizations. They also present key managerial competencies essential for managing this phenomenon in the workplace.
