This study seeks to investigate the effect of organizational culture (reward system, communication, and teamwork and management support) on employee commitment from the perspective of multiple Industries in Lagos State, Nigeria. The study is anchored on descriptive research design and the data were collected using cross-sectional survey methods from two hundred and sixty-nine (269) valid questionnaires. The data collected were analyzed with Pearson Product Moment Correlation and was further used to test the formulated hypotheses. The findings of the study showed that all the components of organizational culture are significantly related to employee commitments. On this basis, the study recommends that organizations should ensure that policy measures are put in place to guarantee that organizational culture dimensions are significantly improved upon in organizations in order to stimulate employees’ commitment.
