Abstract
During the 20th century, dynamic economic, social, political, historical, and technological changes led to the separation of new generations. Generational affiliation is one of the variables that define human attitudes, and this paper focuses on the problem of generational diversity. The paper includes an attempt to capture the traits of the generations born in the 20th century. Its purpose is to identify the characteristics, values, and attitudes of generations born in the 20th century in relation to professional and social life and provide an overview. The paper studies the subject literature and utilizes desk research, descriptive statistics, and the collective case study method.
