Abstract

The paper describes an important properties of aluminum inseparable joints (brazed), used in the automotive industry. Particular attention was paid to the characteristics which determine the quality of the final assembled products. Taking into account the conditions of their work, the expectations of brazed joints in the particular application was presented. To this aim the material research of selected properties and obtained results was shown. An attempt to determine the impact of the brazing quality of the product, mainly for their durability was made. In the Þ nal part of the paper was presented the conclusions and directions of further research.
