Abstrakt

W artykule przedstawiono stan badań nad siarczanem trójglicyny (TGS) – jednym z sztandarowych materiałów znajdujących zastosowanie w czynnych detektorach termicznych promieniowania podczerwonego (IR). Przedstawiony został opis przejścia fazowego drugiego rzędu w TGS. Zaprezentowano metody pomiaru istotnych parametrów elektrycznych czujników IR opartych na TGS, pod kątem ich zastosowania w termicznej detekcji promieniowania IR. W pracy nad artykułem bazowano na dostępnych pozycjach literaturowych oraz wynikach własnych prac badawczych.
