Abstrakt
Lata 2020-2022 to czas kryzysów spowodowanych pandemia i wojną na Ukrainie.Aby przetrwać na rynku, przedsiębiorstwa zostały zmuszone do wprowadzenia odpowiednich mechanizmów, które pozwoliłyby im na niezakłócone prowadzenie
działalności. Wśród wielu narzędzi czy strategii, które zostały przetestowane przez różne typy i rodzaje przedsiębiorstw, ważną rolę odgrywają
systemy zarządzania jakością. Pozwalają one na poprawę efektywności zarządzania majątkiem firmy, zatrzymanie kontrahentów czy też prowadzą
do poprawy wyników finansowych. Celem artykułu jest analiza i ocena funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw w czasie kryzysu wywołanego pandemią Covid.
Analizą objęto przedsiębiorstwa stosujące systemy zarządzania jakością oraz podmioty niestosujące takich systemów.
Analiza wykazała, że podmioty stosujące systemy zarządzania jakością uzyskały lepsze wyniki w zakresie bezpieczeństwa finansowego.
